Detox with lemons
Combining lemon with warm water is a smart way to energize, hydrate yourself and increase your metabolism. If you are in a need of a detox after all of your holiday celebrations, warm lemon water is the way to go. Click here to find out the 10 incredible benefits lemons can offer you.
However you choose to celebrate the holiday, we hope that it’s special! If we can impart one last piece of advice to keep your smile shining, it is this: Bring a travel toothbrush and toothpaste along to the festivities if you know you’ll be eating sugary food and drink. Brushing your teeth or swishing with water immediately after will help ensure that sugar does not sit on your teeth for too long.
And a friendly and cautious reminder that if you enjoy hard candy or frozen sweets, try not to bite into them!
